When you were arrested for a DWI or DUI, the arresting officers read what is called a DWI Statutory Warning. It is a long, very complicated document and it is very difficult to understand if you are not used to hearing it everyday. It mentions things as to why you've been arrested, your rights, and also mentions submitting to taking a breath or blood test. The warning mentions that if you take a breath or blood test and the results of that test are above the state limit of .08 then you will lose your driver license for 90 days. If you do not agree to take a test then you will lose your license for 180 days.
